The exhibition This, too, is a way of keeping each other close, illuminates whose absence is unacknowledged, whose grief is given room, and what it takes to hold onto those who are gone. It reflects on forms of mourning and practices of remembrance that resist the uneven recognition of loss. The artistic positions explore grief as a transformative power which can nurture alternative forms of connection and care and create spaces of healing.
