Magic Bullet

In fall 2025, Schinkel Pavilion presents Magic Bullet, the first major solo exhibition in Germany by British artist Issy Wood (*1993). Featuring over 25 works created within the last five years, the exhibition provides a comprehensive insight into the artist’s evolving practice across painting, writing, and music. The show’s title is drawn from Magic Bullet, a new publication accompanying the exhibition, compiling diaristic texts first developed on Wood’s blog—an intimate and ongoing writing format she has maintained since her teenage years.
