The Desire for being many is a collaborative project by Neun Kelche, alpha nova & galerie futura, and artist Lillian Morrissey. From October to December 2025, it presents a cross-space exhibition and programme addressing the global right-wing, anti-feminist, neo-patriarchal backlash. This backlash is visible worldwide and also in Germany, where bans on gender-inclusive language and rising far-right movements normalise antifeminist agendas. The project seeks to build counter-publics and strengthen solidarities and brings together diverse artistic, activist, and discursive perspectives shaped by transnational experiences.
