Fear is not instinct alone; it is learned. It tells us which bodies to avoid, which presences to mistrust, which forms of life to see as threats. The works gathered here pause on what fear distorts: fragile bodies, intricate webs, forms of relation often misread as dangerous. By lingering with them, fear begins to loosen, allowing another register to emerge—one of attention, proximity, and unexpected beauty.
