THE LINE BETWEEN US, realized with laif agency and foundation, addresses queer realities and questions democracy itself. Eleven photographers present self-portraits, reportages, documentaries and installations exploring empowerment, visibility, and invisibility as survival. Their works oscillate between glamour, harshness and everyday life, offering perspectives beyond stigmatization. The images reveal both the impact of violence and oppression and the strength of resistance and solidarity. The project ultimately asks how photography can act as a catalyst for social change.
