Through different approaches – speculative, documentary, sensorial, theatrical, personal – the works presented in Echoes of Tumult resonate with and against current realities at the nexus of ecological crisis, geopolitics, and war. They deliberately bring us into contact with painful and complex situations, at times unexpectedly echoing with solidarity and hope. Co-produced by CTM Festival, the DAAD Artists-in-Berlin Program, and iii – instrument inventors initiative.
