The exhibition brings together contemporary and historical positions that deal with the body as a site of transformation, desire and ritual. The focus is on feminist, mythopoetic and queer-sensual forms of expression - with works by artists such as Karim Boumjimar, Fern Liberty Kallenbach-Campbell, Sevina Tzanou, Ivana Vladislava and Penny Slinger, who consciously work with identity, gender fluidity, eroticism and hybrid body images.
